You’re all set. The assessment gave us a good idea of what’s best for you and with your agreement you’ve started a never before experience. Whatever program you choose, its one step closer to what you want to achieve.

Train on your turf, your time and your terms but under our expert guidance. Boxing Only at Diosfit Wormeldange

Take your training to the next level with one-on-one boxing sessions tailored to your goals. Whether you want to improve fitness, learn proper technique, or simply challenge yourself with something new, Coach George will guide you step by step. Each session includes coaching on correct stance, guard, and punching mechanics; defensive skills and punch combinations; footwork, rhythm, and timing drills and conditioning exercises to build strength and stamina. We recommend that each client has their own pair of boxing gloves. For your first trial session, you may borrow a pair from us at Diosfit.

George is a dedicated coach with a strong background in discipline, fitness, and performance. His journey began with football in his youth, where he developed a deep passion for sports and physical well-being. Over time, this passion grew into a commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Before fully stepping into the fitness industry, George served in the State Security Service in Georgia and held the rank of Lieutenant in the military, where he gained valuable experience in physical conditioning and resilience training.
 
His dedication to sports and human performance led him to earn a Master’s Degree in Sports Sciences, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Healthy Lifestyle. With a strong scientific foundation and hands-on expertise, he takes a balanced approach to training—focusing on strength, mobility, injury prevention, and overall well-being.
 
George is passionate about guiding others on their fitness journey, helping them build confidence, improve strength, and develop a healthier lifestyle. He believes that with the right guidance, consistency, and a positive mindset, anyone can make meaningful progress toward their goals.

I have been working as a Coach internationally and educating clients in personal training from around the globe for the past 6 years.

My expertise is strength training, with a high focus on the correct training techniques, educated by leading Personal Trainers at Ultimate Performance Dubai. 

I’m passionate about fitness, healthy habits and how it contributes to our mental health.

With Jonathan as your coach, you will experience engaging and challenging sessions focused on safe and effective movement. In addition to learning about proper nutrition and lifestyle strategies, Jonathan will guide you in developing a disciplined, consistent, and gritty mindset to help you achieve your goals.

Meet Your Founder and Owner: Sofie

Originally from the Mosel region, she noticed a lack of support for people wanting to exercise and live healthier lives. At the age of 21, after leaving the Luxembourgish Army, Sofie founded Diosfit (formerly Fitness Dionysos) with the aim of making a positive impact on others’ lives.

When working with Sofie, you’ll quickly notice that she excels not only in the technical aspects of fitness like proper and safe movement or healthy nutrition, but also in her empathy and emotional intelligence. This allows Sofie to provide equal attention to supporting her clients in developing a positive mindset towards self-care and improving other aspects of their lives such as confidence levels, stress management, and positive self-talk.

In addition to her coaching career and personal fitness journey, Sofie actively collaborates with other professionals and organizes workshops to support the development of anyone striving for a better life, while also finding time to help other coaches improve their communication and empathy skills.
