01. ACTIVE LIFE SESSIONS.
Simple and great. In our Active Life sessions you work in a small group of our members, supervised and guided by a Diosfit Coach. The program contains everything a person needs for an active life – we help you to build the strength foundation of your body through quality movement; strenght training; aerobic flows and stretching.
02. INDIVIDUAL DESIGN TRAINING PROGRAM.
In the Individual Training program, you will work with a Diosfit Coach in a 1-on-1 setting. Your dedicated Coach will consult with you, check your physical movement and create a custom workout based on your priorities, continuously progressing you. For the best results and experience, you will have a floor coach available for help and questions in our facility during your sessions.
