Who is Jonathan?
Jonathan is a passionate coach with a diverse background in sports and fitness.
He started with swimming in his childhood and continued in his teens. However, it was not until he discovered bodybuilding and the gym in his late teens that he found his true passion. Jonathan’s dedication to fitness led him to obtain a Master’s Degree in Sports Law, as well as a personal training certification (and it was only the beginning of a long series).
As a coach, Jonathan’s focus on strength sports led him to compete in powerlifting at a high level. Despite his success, an injury forced him to reevaluate his training and focus on rehabilitation and prehabilitation techniques. This shift in approach deepened his understanding of the importance of a holistic approach to fitness, including not only physical training but also nutrition and mental wellness.
Jonathan’s enthusiasm for fitness and health is contagious, and he is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals in a safe and effective manner. He strongly believes that with hard work and dedication, anyone can transform their body and mind.
