Annso is a coach of Diosfit who is not simply passionate, but also a professional – she doesn’t keep fitness for herself, but she is continuously sharing her knowledge and experience. This knowledge doesn’t only revolve around exercise but nutrition and food hygiene with some great self created recipes :-)
